Instructor: Tanya Scheer ( Original Groudling Improv Actor!)
Tanya is a Groundlings Alumni. She has written numerous television shows and sold sreenplays. She was also a founding member of the esteemed improve groups The Last Women on Earth and Transformerz. Tanya Scheer has been writing and performing comedy for ten years. She is an alumni of the Groundling Sunday Company as well as an alumni of the ACME Main Company. She is a member of the famed improvisational troupes: The Transformers and The Last Women on Earth. Tanya wrote and hosted 'Lifetime's Celebrity Buzz.' She also wrote for Nickelodeon's 'The Epic Adventures of Bucket and Skinner.' She wrote and sold the comedy feature 'Rush'. Tanya is currently writing 'The Depressed Housewives of San Fernando Valley' with Courtney Thorne-Smith. Tanya also wrote the book 'How to Raise an Amazing Child Without Getting Upstaged' Tanya is married and has a daughter who totally upstaged her.

Actors who perform in community theater and high school plays musicals or community theater can use this class to hone acting tools and skills they would like to advance for future productions.
Improvisational exercises will lead to a great perspective of theatrical work.
